REST API and webhooks (custom website)

If you don't use WordPress or Shopify, you can export content manually, or create your own connection via REST API / webhooks.

Most common scenarios

• send a finished article to an internal CMS,
• create a draft in a headless CMS (Strapi, Contentful…),
• run a CI/CD job (e.g. static website rebuild),
• send notifications to Slack / Discord.

Recommended procedure

1. Start with the article Export and publishing outside WordPress and verify the format.
2. Write down the target format (HTML/Markdown) and metadata (title/meta description, slug, categories/tags).
3. If you want automation, write to us at [email protected]:
   • where you want to send data (API endpoint / system),
   • what auth you use (API key/OAuth),
   • what payload you expect (sample JSON),
   • whether publishing should be automatic or as draft.

Security

Never put API keys in public repositories. If you share anything, use redaction / placeholders.
