How to edit topics and priorities
Practical tips: what to exclude, what to rewrite and what to move up.
How to edit topics and priorities
The most important rule: write about what you really sell (not about everything that can be searched on the internet).
What to typically exclude
- topics outside the offering,
- topics without clear benefit for the customer,
- topics that would lead only to “traffic without conversion”.
What to rewrite
Rewrite topics so that they:
- contain a specific product / service,
- have a clear target audience (e.g. “for small businesses”, “for e‑shop”),
- correspond to how your customers speak.
How to work with priorities
Raise priority if:
- the topic solves a frequent customer question,
- the topic supports the main product,
- you expect quick return (lead / inquiry).
