How to connect WordPress

WordPress integration enables automatic publishing of articles (or drafts) directly to your website.

1) Install the ContentPilot plugin

• Download the plugin on the Integrations → WordPress page.
• In WordPress go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin and upload the ZIP.
• Activate the plugin.

2) Connect the website using a pairing code

Open WordPress integration in ContentPilot.one and copy the pairing code.

In WordPress (plugin settings) paste the code and complete the connection.

3) Verify permissions

We recommend that the user creating the connection has at least rights to:

• creating posts,
• editing and publishing (if you want to publish right away).

4) Test publishing

• Open an article in ContentPilot.one.
• Choose “Publish to WordPress” (or “Save as draft”).
• Check the result in WordPress admin.

How to handle categories/tags?

Start with simple setup: one main category (e.g. “Blog”). Advanced mapping will be added as needed.
