Export and publishing outside WordPress

Not everyone publishes on WordPress. ContentPilot.one also supports “manual” workflow.

Export options

  • HTML: ideal for most CMS.
  • Markdown: suitable for developer blogs, static websites, etc.

Recommendation

  • After export, check:
    • headings (H2/H3),
    • tables / lists,
    • internal links.
  • In the target CMS add:
    • featured image,
    • categories / tags,
    • SEO title / meta description.
