Publishing options, drafts, scheduling and safe WordPress setup.
Automatic publishing: how it works
Automatic publishing is a mode where ContentPilot.one publishes articles to WordPress according to the plan.
Publishing modes
- Draft: article is created as a draft and you review it.
- Publish: article is published immediately.
- Schedule: article is sent to WordPress with a future publication date.
Recommended setup for start
Start safely:
- publish as draft,
- test 1–2 articles,
- then switch to automatic publishing.
What is published (content)
Typically:
- headings and structure (H2/H3),
- article text,
- internal links (if part of the draft),
- metadata (depending on settings and integration).
If you want to publish “extra” fields (custom fields), write to us at [email protected] — it can be added per website template.
